Digital Orders
All digital items (like Canva templates and instant downloads) are delivered automatically via email right after purchase — no shipping required.

Physical Orders
At this time, By Melon ships physical stationery and engraved items within the United States only. We’re unable to ship internationally.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we’re unable to modify or reroute packages once they’ve been sent.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, reach out to kalah@bymelon.com within 7 days so we can help resolve it.
